Blake Lively will be the face of Chanel’s new “Mademoiselle” bags.  Blake and Karl have been besties since Anna Wintour made the introductions last July during couture week in Paris (where she was photographed for Vogue magazine carrying a vintage Chanel piece purchased at DesignerSocial).

This is bullshit. Some of you don’t seem to understand my problem with celebrities being the face of a campaign. It’s not that I don’t like Blake Lively, I am a little sick of her however I have always been happier seeing a model on the cover of a magazine rather than a celebrity. It’s their job. Celebrities don’t need the extra $ and they really don’t need as much exposure as they’re getting from a campaign (come on, Blake Lively is in every fucking issue of US Vogue because Anna Wintour adores her - she does not need more exposure). She’s basically taking someone else’s job.

I love Karl but this is one decision I’m not backing.
